We are seeking an experienced Business Developer – Sales to drive growth across domestic and international
markets. The role requires 4–5 years of proven sales/business development experience with a strong history
of new client acquisition, deal conversions, and revenue growth. The candidate will also be responsible for
building dedicated teams post■conversion, stabilizing client processes, and ensuring long■term revenue
generation.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities across BPO services and software solutions.
• Acquire clients across USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Australia, Singapore, Middle
East, and India.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet defined revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with the software team to pitch and deliver tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across industries and geographies.
• Set up dedicated teams post■conversion to ensure smooth onboarding and stabilized operations.
• Monitor client delivery processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sustainable revenue
generation.
• Track, analyze, and report performance against defined sales and revenue targets.
Candidate Requirements
• 4–5 years of proven sales/business development experience in BPO and/or software/IT solutions.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and converting new clients in USA, Canada, Europe, Asia■Pacific,
Middle East, and India.
• Experience in team setup, process stabilization, and revenue management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self■motivated, target■driven, and able to work independently.
• Must be willing to work from the office in Bangalore and commute using own transport.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
